Because our items are custom and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

• Custom or personalized apparel

• Embroidered items

• Printed (DTF) designs

• Items made to order

Exceptions
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion once the issue is reviewed.
