All custom items are created based on the options and details selected at checkout.

Please double-check the following before placing your order:

·Size selection

·Apparel color

·Thread or print color

·Spelling of names or text

·Personalization details entered in the notes field

Once production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

If a selection cannot be fulfilled as chosen, or clarification is needed, we will contact you before production begins.
